Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skail, an analytics product operated by Alpha Digital, LLC (Milwaukee, Wisconsin). By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to them.

What Skail does

Skail connects to the platforms your Shopify store already uses, reads your performance data, and produces briefs about what happened and what to consider doing next. All connections are read-only: Skail never writes to, edits, or changes anything in your connected accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the platform connections you authorize. You may disconnect a platform or delete a store at any time from inside the app.

Plans and billing

Skail is one plan, billed per store through Shopify, and it starts with a 30-day free trial of everything the plan includes. Approving the plan in Shopify starts the trial. Nothing is charged during it. When the trial ends the plan renews monthly at the price shown in the Shopify App Store until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time, and what happens next depends on whether you have paid yet. Cancelling during the trial ends access to that store immediately and you are not charged. Cancelling once you are paying keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew after that.

Shopify tracks unused trial days for a period after you cancel, so starting the plan again later may give you the remainder of a trial rather than a new one. That behaviour is Shopify’s, not ours.

Not financial advice

Skail's briefs and recommendations are analysis, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. They are generated with the help of AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation against your own judgment before acting on it. Skail is a tool to inform your decisions, not to make them for you.

Availability and warranty

Skail is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Digital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Skail.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will update the effective date above and notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
